What this challenge is NOT

This challenge is not gimicky. We won't be taking drastic measures to acheive short-term results. There's no eliminating food groups, no driving you into the ground with excruciating workous, no all-or-nothing rules. 

What this challenge IS

This challenge is sustainable. We will be teaching you 4 lifestyle habits or "WINS"  and practice them with you over 21 days. Master these habits and you can live life FREE from always pursuing the next diet or fitness fad. This challenge will require intentionality, but it will not be without grace.

Lifting weights and occasional short, high burst cardio creates the most bang-for-your buck when it comes to physique changes and maintaining your independence as you age. That's why you'll be focusing on resistance training 3-4 days/week and occasional sprint cardio over the 21 Day Challenge. PRIORITIZING PROTEIN
Eat Well

Before you tweak anything in your diet or even count calories, you must master prioritizing protein. Without adequate protein, we don't recover from exercise and therefore, don't get better from exercise. Protein is also necessary for satiation, and growing muscles for a slimmer, shapely physique and elevated metabolism. We'll tell you exactly how much YOU need for optimal results and provide you with loads of delicious high protein recipes.

SLEEPING 7-9 HOURS
Sleep Deep

Sleep is perhaps the most underrated health tool in your toolbox. Deep sleep ensures you optimize hormones, recover from exercise, rest your brain, and maintain your mental wellbeing. During the challenge, you'll aim to get 7-9 hours a night.

GOING ON SLOW WALKS
Stress Less

Stress - physical or psychological - creates a cascade of hormones that negatively impact your mental wellbeing and even physique. You store more belly fat, lose your hunger and satiety cues, and crave quick fixes. Slow walking, especially in nature, has been touted as one of the best ways to combat this. You'll spend 20 minutes as often as possible strolling and shifting your nervous system from 'fight or flight' to 'rest and refresh.'

Meet Your Coach: Jessica Luepke

The "21 WINS" Challenge started with my own desire to feel better...without having to overhaul my entire life.

I was exercising but not seeing the muscle tone and shape I was looking for. I wasn't eating sustaining meals and never felt satiated or recovered. I was so tired, yet staying up 'til late hours, wondering why my body and mind felt so depressed the next day.

I was sick of feeling like I was failing, sick of feeling overwhelmed, and consequently, paralyzed by the bombardment of fitness and nutrition "shoulds." 

And if I, a professional in the industry felt this way...how much more someone outside of it?!

So, I got rid of the noise and reconnected with the 4 habits that I knew would be the foundation to feeling and looking like the strong, energetic, joyful, refreshed, athletic person I knew I could be and what my friends and family needed.

Lifting weights more frequently, prioritizing protein, sleeping 7-9 hours, and going for slow walks have been some of the best, most impactful decisions I've ever made for the way I look, move, and feel. I am able to handle stress much differently. I feel strong and not constantly exhausted. The amount of food I'm eating has increased yet I can magically see more of my muscles than ever before.
